AGSHOWS NSW SUNCORP BANK DRYLAND FIELD WHEAT COMPETITION

The AgShows NSW Suncorp Bank Dryland Field Wheat Competition is run across NSW in four regions for bread wheat varieties. Local crops with an area of 20 acres of dryland field wheat are eligible for district judging. The winner represents the district in Regional Judging with presentations made at the State Awards Dinner. The competition is sponsored by Suncorp Bank, Flexicoil, Lowes Petroleum, Dual Chelate, The Land, and AgShows NSW.
The local (district winner) will receive a ribbon and $50 Lowes Petroleum voucher. The regional championship winner will receive $600 for 1st place, $250 for 2nd place, and $150 for 3rd place, with an additional $100 Lowes Petroleum voucher for 1st place winners. The state championship winner will receive a trophy and $200 Lowes Petroleum voucher. The state Farming Excellence Award recipient will receive $1,000.
