Berrigan Show is excited to present a free Spring School Holiday Program in conjunction with the 124th Annual Berrigan Show this October!
A series of workshops will be run for local school students and young adults, with additional workshops and free activities on show day.

LEGO Robotics
with Fizzics Education Two identical workshops will be held on Saturday 5 October Workshop 1: 9am to 12pm (Morning Tea provided) Workshop 2: 1pm to 4pm (Afternoon Tea provided) Location: Berrigan Sportsground Luncheon Rooms The workshop is hands-on using laptops and LEGO Mindstorm robots. Students will program and code a robot to solve challenges. The LEGO Robotics Workshop is suitable for students in Grade 3 and up. Berrigan A & H Society reserves the right to move students between workshops after registrations to balance numbers and student age groups. |
Drama Workshop
with local talent Ben Stonnill Wednesday 2 October 9am till 4:30pm (Morning Tea & Lunch provided - please bring your own water) Location: Berrigan Soldiers Memorial Hall The workshop will begin with a warm up, drama games and skills exploration. Following lunch will be a series of focused workshops - please indicate your preference for these upon registration. The Drama Workshop is suitable for high school students and above (from 11 years of age). |

The free school holiday fun will continue at the 124th Annual Berrigan Show on Sunday 6 October 2024!
Fizzics Education is returning with their popular Science Shows and activities from 10:30am outside. Try your hand at all the puzzles, experiments and activities in the Science of Toys area, or come back and watch the Liquid Nitrogen Show!
Students from the Drama Workshop will have the opportunity to perform alongside Ben inside the Luncheon Room in between sets from local musicians. Come and get a sneak peak of the BADS Musical Spectacular Concert ahead of their event on Saturday 12 October!
